Our fully crewed deliveries are undertaken by highly experienced and qualified personnel. We ensure that every delivery will be crewed by two commercially endorsed Yachtmasters plus one other. The third crewmember will be qualified to a minimum of Day Skipper and will often be Coastal or Yachtmaster qualified. For longer voyages and ocean passages we will add a fourth crewmember.

Crew and boat safety is our highest priority and our crews spend the first day of any delivery checking the boat's safety equipment, systems and general condition. Protection is then added to the areas of your vessel, which are more vulnerable to damage. Once the skipper and crew are happy that the boat is fit for sea a pre passage report is filed along with a passage plan conformation and the passage can then begin.

Once on passage the crew will keep a regular accurate log and remain in contact with our operations centre several times a day. This contact ensures we know the exact position of your vessel at all times and can provide you with daily updates on progress. It also allows our crew to feel that help and advice is at hand 24 hours a day 7 days a week, in the unlikely event that they need it. See our vessel tracking page for more information.

Once the vessel arrives at its destination the crew will remove all surface protection, perform a full valet and provide a written report of the voyage and vessel's condition, including photos and skippers suggestions.
